In addition to working on a variety of interesting remodeling jobs, we are thrilled to have broken ground in August on a shingle style custom home, designed by TMS Architects of Portsmouth, NH. The home will serve as the year round residence for an active family of six, who love the outdoors and family time. Fortunately for us, the homeowner’s 13 year old son has taken up drone photography as a hobby, and has agreed to film the construction progress for us to share with you. The house is built around an outdoor recreational area that includes a pool, enclosed climbing wall, and a screen porch with an indoor/outdoor fireplace and phantom screens so it can be both screened or fully open to the air.
